Nice but loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovated apartments are very clean, never seen a bug. Location is nice for going out.
Cons:
Non responsive super, water in the shower goes from hot to cold to hot without moving the handle, far from the train, very loud location between people on the street and traffic on Ave D. Soooo many rats outside
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive with inquiries

Review for 283 E 7th
Former Tenant
Pros:
We live on the street side so our apartment gets a ton of light. 7th street is such a beautiful community and we have loved our location. Our kitchen is updated as well which is nice.
Cons:
Brokerage raised the rent 30% a year ($1500 total in 2 years) so be warned that your “affordable” rent might not be so affordable next year. They were not willing to negotiate at all. A lot of noise from the street as well but that’s something that comes with the neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Lower the rent lol

No closets lol
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap rent in a fun area
Cons:
Occasional violence in the projects across the street. No closets.
