Had a major mouse problem, over the course of 2 years probably caught 10-15 mice in the apartment

Needs more attention to extermination

Never had issues with mail theft, buzzer system connects to cell phone
Cons:
Had a lot of mice in unit, no physical buzzer in apartment, famous cannibal killed and ate his girlfriend in apartment 7 in the 90s
