Overall great experience!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap, decent size, nice neighbors, dog friendly, well-kept, dishwasher, decent closets and bathroom with tub. Manager is nice and responds pretty quickly. No trouble with management.
Cons:
Sometimes the location is a little rough bc it close to Ave D. Don’t know exactly who my owner is… some stuff needs updating like intercom system and elevator is sometimes working and sometimes not, hot water runs out fast sometimes.
Advice to owner:
Nothing. They are nice.
