A bit pricey, hallway carpets could use replacing, can get noisy depending on what side of the building you're on (lots of bars around)
Advice to owner:
Charge a bit less, and you'll have less turnover of all these young people

Great first apartment in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy Access to restaurants/bars/transportation, Neighbors are nice, never had an issue with noise, apartments are spacious, super is attentive, there is laundry in the basement, need to be buzzed in (super safe)
Cons:
Heat in the winters makes apartments too warm, little air flow so fire alarm would go off easily when cooking or using the oven, elevator is incredibly slow
