Landlord turned building into a college dormitory
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Location of apartment?
Cons:
Extremely neglected building. Landlord is desperate enough to rent empty units to drug addict college children who consistently party ALL hours of the night into morning. DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you are looking to live in a amongst horrible 20 year olds with no respect for neighbors or the neighborhood. This is basically a neglected college dorm.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your long term tenants and stop renting to drug addict trust fund babies. Don’t worry their parents will pay their eviction legal fees so get rid of them. Rent a place you would live in. No one wants to be up all night to their 14 hour rages that start at 7PM and end and 8AM. Call the narcotics police unit and get rid of them. There are drug addicts living here.
