Nice views, convenient location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Views, Relatively quiet street, nice finishes, tall ceilings, working windows
Cons:
Next door school has scaffolding that can double as shelter in summer; can't control the heat but windows work well so that helps alot; would love the windows cleaned
Advice to owner:
pls clean windows

Tiny apt with a garden view
Former Tenant
Pros:
-clean -never had issues with the actual building
Cons:
-walls are paper thin, so you hear everything -if the neighbor slams their door, anything hanging will fall, so super tough if they are having a party -some entitled neighbors
Advice to owner:
Support long term tenants with no complaints

Centipedes in the brick!! BUGS bc of garden. No help!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice views good location
Cons:
BUGS EVERYWHERE, it got so bad I had an album of 52 different type of bugs I’d see, mostly centipedes since the brick was nasty and its right next to a garden. Management was no help, told me i cant complain about every bug i see. Exterminator couldn’t go over the brick only areas around so I lived horrifically for 1 year.
Advice to owner:
Disgusting

Responds but does nothing
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment is nice and everything was pretty clean. Our super was great and always helped us really quickly.
Cons:
They spray for pest once a month or so but the guy never actually sprays anything? One time he pretended to spray the entry to the bathroom and then left. The trash also piles up on the weekends and packages get stolen constantly. I have tried to get security footage every time and have never received it. It is definitely a neighbor because they know the package closet code.
