Scuzzy Dirtbag Owners!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building itself was fine and well enough maintained.
Cons:
After they didn’t tell me the gas stove didn’t work for many (6+) weeks, and I had to negotiate for a rent credit by withholding rent…they reneged on an amendment to my lease that specified a 3% increase and instead claimed that they weren’t renewing me because the owner wanted it for their personal use 🙄🙄🙄. They tried listing it for a 55% increase.
