Pests, flies, constant construction

Pros:
The super is nice and the appliances worked.
Cons:
Serious fly problem that didn’t have a clear cause (the apartment was spotless.) Illegal and unannounced construction.

roaches all year even after constant fumigation
no elevator

Decent location. In unit washer/dryer
Cons:
Always trash outside. Can barely enter without touching trash. Big roach problem. Takes days and multiple emails for management to respond.
