Building not maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location. Nice hardwood floors and natural light
Cons:
We had a mouse infestation at one point, but our super was able to help get rid of them. Water damage to the hallway ceiling was never addressed. Radiators were extremely hot and one leaked and flooded the room multiple times.
