Pros:
Amenities in the unit (w/d and dishwasher)
Nice finishes in the building (crown molding, paint/lighting, feels nice)
Responsive and exceptionally kind Super, Carlos!
Cons:
Classic pre-war issues — have had issues with windows leaking, radiator leaking, water turning brown, etc

Pros:
Common spaces are well maintained and cleaned pretty frequently.
Cons:
Management is hit or miss about responding to issues raised. Things that were broken when I moved in were never fixed (broken tiles, broken fan), but other things were fixed quickly. The landlord is notoriously bad… so take from that what you will
