DO NOT LIVE HERE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing. This apt was a traumatic experience.
Cons:
Bed bugs and other pests. Building manager was the worst and continuously screwed us over. We made them pay for multiple bed bug treatments which we had to fight for. The entire building has an infestation. Refused to let us break the lease after multiple bedbug treatments. Would’ve taken them to court if it money wasn’t an issue
Advice to owner:
Fumigate the entire building to get rid of the bedbugs once and for all. The spotty treatments you do just displace them to other apts and they end up coming back

Bed Bug + Mice infestation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Kind neighbors who looked out for each other since the next bed bug / mice scare was always on the horizon.
Cons:
Never seen pest issues like this. We broke our lease by getting a lawyer involved after multiple bed bug and mice infestations. At one point there was a mouse on my bed...
Advice to owner:
Get the mice & bed bugs under control as a building, which would require a mass cleaning of mostly empty units, but is necessary.
