Do not trust management

Pros:
The roof. The location.
Cons:
Building management will never respond to you. Complaints went unanswered and unfixed. There were also mice and roaches. When moving out they invented reasons to keep my security deposit. Do not trust them to be fair. They will use their unresponsiveness as a tactic to make you agree to something or risk not getting your money back for even more months. Had to involve a lawyer and even then they were terrible to deal with.
Advice to owner:
Clean your buildings and stop conning renters out of their security deposits.
