361 E 10th street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location and neighborhood. Very little street noise, washer and dryer in the basement typically work. Fairly priced.
Cons:
Some college kids in the building will be drunk loud and obnoxious late into the night even on weekdays. Did have a slight mouse issue but the building resolved it. A lot of trash out front of the building, not ideal.

Good area, decent building, extremely filthy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is quick to fix issues and responds to any requests quickly. Pest free. Quiet area.
Cons:
Super is absent and doesn’t help when requested. You will never see him around. Filthy halls and staircases with layers of grime, not cleaned even when requested and complained to management with photos. General areas are in disrepair. Laundry area is filthy and eats quarters often
Advice to owner:
Maintain the building and keep the super accountable. Come by once in a while and see the filth and mismanagement in the building.
