Cute but needs help
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighborhood, lots of windows, nice wood floors.
Cons:
The building itself is very dirty and has dead bugs on the floor. Everything is old so someone has to come to help you fix everything. My toilet wasn’t flushing well and it turned out everything in it had to be replaced.
Advice to owner:
Keep up to date with the sanitation codes and updated utilities as often as needed.
