Incredible building - clean and zero pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty much everything. Never had a single bug. Staff is awesome. The building is kept super clean
Cons:
Expensive of course. New super is very green and not as good as Danny J. The other building staff confided in me that they don’t like him as much

250 E Houston - Beware AC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Other than the below con, this is a great building. You get everything you would expect from a luxury building.
Cons:
My AC Unit is built into my apartment. In the summer, during hot months, the AC does not work. I bought this up to the management team and they did nothing. Extremely uncomfortable to sleep in +80 degree heat when you are paying luxury prices. This was never fixed and I expect it to be an issue next summer.
Advice to owner:
Everything has been good except the AC issue.
