Quaint pre modern in rare quiet east village street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, great amenities (building only access to large courtyard), laundry in the basement, amazing community of neighbors
Cons:
It's an old building so it feels a little outdated. We on occasion had a few roaches but who hasn't in NYC!!
Advice to owner:
Would be good to update the look at feel of the overall building.

Responsive management and well maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are all friendly and mostly comprised of families who keep the place quiet. Building is well maintained. Landlords are relatively responsive to requests.
Cons:
Dated interiors, could use upgrades to common areas. Heat is managed by the landlord and could be either too hot or too cold at times.
