Pros:
Location is awesome, apts are pretty big and the rent cant be beat
Cons:
Management could be more responsive and the actual halls of the building and stairwells could use some better maintenance. Also, we had some mice problems (were able to fix, just not ideal)
Advice to owner:
Invest in cleaning up the common spaces

Pests, garbage is gross, super is okay. Basement is also gross

Cheap, big bedrooms, quiet street
Cons:
1. pests: had silverfish and rats, they were slow to respond
2. Ceiling always leaked/burst and ruined our dining table which they refused to cover
3. packages getting stolen
4. bad neighbors who blasted music

Didn’t have cooking gas for 6 months (owner was not very responsive to this), packages got stolen sometimes, no central air so very hot during oct-may
