Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great.

Nice Roof but overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooftop was great. The stairwell was wide and made moving in and out easy. Super fixed things in a timely manner
Cons:
Front door seemed to be broken sometimes. Rooms were barely big enough to fit full beds and dressers. Kitchens were small and didnt have enough storage for pots and pans etc. Shower pressure was below average
Advice to owner:
Better water pressure and washer/dryer

An okay building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Courtyard in the back is nice for trash, recycling, bikes.
Cons:
In 2019-2020 (could still be happening), the barber shop ran a comedy show Fridays and Saturdays late into the night. Very loud.
Back courtyard is a little grimy from the trash.
Building has water leaking in the stairwell during heavy rains, no one seemed to care.
