Do Not Live Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The mirror in the entrance is very flattering.
Cons:
Constant construction
The FRONT door to the building breaks all the time
The buzzer doesn’t work
It’s hard to use your key for the front door—not safe
Pests
Bad plumbing/ moderate temp water
You get charged for leaving garbage by the door, but the trash area is absolutely infested with rats. And for awhile there weren’t even stairs there.
Advice to owner:
FIX THE FRONT DOOR.

Small but sweet
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very nice finishes, great entrance and a really solid location. We are a walk up but have washer dryer in unit which makes it worth it. Also GREAT natural light.
Cons:
Packages get stolen, rats at garbage, always construction, and landlord only cares about making money. Also walk up. Also very small.
Advice to owner:
Hire a task rabbit, be diligent about getting packages, and get vacuum sealed bags

Great neighborhood, great location, bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s such a great location. Nice neighbors, great delis nearby and business owners on the block will remember your name and face.
Cons:
Packages always stolen, impossible to get ahold of management - even when you have water pouring through your ceiling, mice, and need help. They don’t care and WILL steal your security deposit and ghost you.
Advice to owner:
Please try to at least pretend you care about your tenants.
