Pros:
The building is usually very clean, trash is stored outside, super is around and responsive (usually), landlord is super responsive and will help out when he can. Noise levels are good but sometimes there is noise in the trash pit (nothing crazy!) Overall a great building!
Cons:
The apartment gets SO hot. Not sure if it was just our unit but I was sweating all winter due to the radiator poles.
Advice to owner:
Heat control!

bathroom outdated but that was just my unit, packages tend to get stolen

Alan is an all around great landlord. Fixes any issue immediately and very responsive and willing to work with you. People in the building are good too, a little louder on the weekends but nothing crazy. Quiet during the week

We had issues with cockroaches, the landlord very promptly sent out an exterminator but he only sprayed our apartment so they continued to come back
