Murder, burglary and owing on the dancefloor
Former Tenant
Pros:
Left this place before I was murdered
Cons:
My apartment was burglarized. The apartment next door was also burglarized. The police were constantly in our building and told us scary things about the neighbors. Basically, I paid $5000 monthly to live in a homeless shelter. Plus, after one month since I moved, they haven't returned my security deposit. I could spend hours writing about the issues that I had, but these two are serious enough to be highlighted here.
Advice to owner:
PAY BACK MY SECURITY DEPOSIT

Cons:
Management is awe fun. Heat doesn’t work. Major cockroach issue.
