Poor management for a great Alphabet City apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
good amenities, great location, quintessential NYC apartment
Cons:
terrible management that takes ages to get anything fixed in a timely manner
Advice to owner:
more responsiveness to tenants when there's a legit issue. leaking roofs should not take 6 months to fix

Nice location, ok apartment. Landlord is unresponsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location of the building is in a nice part of Alphabet City. Sound doesn’t carry very well so the apartment is quite, even room to room. Having a washer / dryer in unit is also nice.
Cons:
The apartment isn’t very large, especially the kitchen (which is essentially a hallway to the bathroom). There’s a mouse problem that the landlord hasn’t been responsive with.

Pros:
Gorgeous space, so much light. Amazing neighborhood
Cons:
Not super close to subway. Maintenance took a while.

Lazy Property Managers
Former Tenant
Pros:
In a good location
Cons:
9300 Realty Property Managers do not respond. Jerome Yeiser does not intend to follow up or respond to request. Many maintenance requests sent to management or constant changing supers never get addressed or take months to even get someone to look at.
Advice to owner:
Be appreciative that you have renters paying rent every month and don’t treat them like shit. Given the status of the property/rental market in Manhattan they should be making sure that each building and resident is happy and willing to resign their lease. At this point I would not renew or sign another lease with this company or recommend to another person to do so.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Super clean, no rodents, washer dryer and dishwasher! Small building everyone is so nice
Cons:
Can be hard to reach management
Advice to owner:
Best apartment you will be very happy here!
