Rodent issues. Worst management ever. Throw your stuff out without notice.

Pros:
Nothing this place is a dirty mess with roaches and awful noise levels
Cons:
Massive rodent infestation. Worst management ever- Sol especially is the WORST. They are so rude and disrespectful at Matel and threw away all of our stuff when we only partially moved out.
Advice to owner:
FIRE SOL IMMEDIATELY

Sol Is A Coward

The building is very cozy, and our apt was spacious for a two bedroom
Cons:
While we were out of town, I got a call from Sol saying they needed access to our unit to fix a flood. I gave my consent for them to enter and move my belongings to do the necessary repairs. When I returned, I discovered they did not fix water damage behind my bed. This led to a massive amount of black mold growing in my room, which then caused me to have health problems. Sol dodged our calls and refused to make the necessary repairs in a timely fashion. He also did not return our security deposit. Sol looks for young college students who he can bully. DO NOT let him bully you!
Advice to owner:
Perform repairs correctly! We had no problems until management failed to repair a flood and our apartment became filled with black mold as a result.
