Good first apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, quiet street

Loud neighbors were in a band and practiced constantly. Heater was incredibly loud. The fridge was a mini fridge and not at all livable
Advice to owner:
Get real kitchen appliances

Removed items from my apt before end of lease
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap, conveniently located
Cons:
Very loud neighbors in the back. Loud parties in the courtyard area.
I hadn’t completely moved out of my apartment yet and had some items (vacuum, a couple of small pieces of furniture, etc etc) still in my apartment. When I returned to finish up cleaning and moving, management had already cleaned and painted the unit for the next tenant and put my items out in the street. I still had a full two days on the lease. I had to send an itemized list in order to be compensated for the items they threw out.
