Pros:
Rented here a few summers ago for 3 months. The month to month option was convenient.
Cons:
The whole space was pretty small for the price we paid.

Pros:
I've rarely had issues with any utilities, and when I have the management company has always been quick to respond with maintenance.
Cons:
Noise. Walls are extremely thin & 2-3 garbage trucks outside almost every weekday between 4-7am.
