Cheaply made and bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was cheap
Cons:
It was cheaply built. Could hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. Ceilings leaked. Bad windows. Management was beyond incompetent. Gas was out for nearly a year.
Advice to owner:
Fix your cheap building so it can be livable.

Management would always send someone but never resolve
Former Tenant
Pros:
Seems nice at first
Cons:
-Raised rent 67% percent after first year which is effectively an eviction as no ones salary gets raised close to that amount
-apartment flooded with three feet of water due to no drainage did nothing except send someone with a mop
-no heat down stairs they just gave us space heater but that drove up
Our electricity bill
-whenever we had an issue they would send someone quickly but that person would just tell us there is nothing they can do
-ceiling Definetly not seven feet in basement
-occassional of roaches (water bugs) including finding one in our mail box (it didnt always close properly!)
-ceiling would leak
-management had weird quiet hour rules
Advice to owner:
Nothing—continue being slumlords and exploiting folks by enforcing an almost 70 percent increase
