Building mngt real real criminals
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice area, great neighbors, good infrastructure (restaurants, shops and etc). Not far from the subway
Cons:
Building MNGT all 12 months behaved very unprofessional. Washing machine was damaged and stopped working completely in 2 months I’ve moved in. I tried various ways to make building owners to fix it, it never worked out. When I moved out, they made deduction of my security deposit and stated the reasons that never happened in reality. It’s been a 1,5 I can not return my money and now I have to open a lawcase. All communication with building management was very unprofessional, they screamed by the phone and blackmailed.
Advice to owner:
Change building managers, such people shouldn’t work with people
