    Wonderful management - very responsive and addresses any concern promptly.

    bbq in back. has hands full with some of my neighbors

    Location, on site Super, Cleanliness, Fast response from management.

    Neighbors can be weird sometimes, so as most of NYC I guess

    Old school building with old school problems

    Pros:
    Old school rent stabilized building. Great super, tenants have all been there forever and are quite a crowd.
    Cons:
    Landlord is not only a crook but also creepy (woohoo!) He monitors the cameras in the building constantly in a never-ending attempt to evict the rent stabilized tenants
    Advice to owner:
    Get a job
