Small But Great Starter Apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved everything about this spot aside from the size. It's a great starter place - but many of the units don't have a full size stove or bedroom. That said, no pests, no problems, and responsive management.
Cons:
Super tiny and wanted to stay but because it's a great building other more sizeable units don't open often
Advice to owner:
Install better appliances in older units - but otherwise good work!

Former Tenant
Pros:
The area is amazing, being near Thompson Square Park is great.
Cons:
Unbelievably overpriced for appliances that barely work. Maintence takes months to replace basic things like dishwashers. If you ever want a package delivered to you do not live here. About 5 packages stolen and there are no cameras anywhere in the building to help. New maintenance guys are very nice, but there is little to attention towards this building in terms of upkeep. Cobwebs and stolen packages galore.
Advice to owner:
Remember that just because an area is desired doesn’t mean the apartment can be shit
