Great prices for EV studio
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super lives next door and is very responsive. Studios are priced fairly. Laundry in basement
Cons:
The management is very hard to get ahold of. Neighbors are not very friendly and complain a lot. Rodent problems

Beautiful apartment, iffy management, the worst neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is very on top of repairs and the building is clean. Great space & location!
Cons:
My neighbors were AWFUL and management took months to return my security deposit after I moved out (I hadn't caused any damage and did eventually recover the full amount). One neighbor stole money from me and a few who were friends on my floor would gossip about the rest of the building while standing in the hall. My neighbor blared music so loud that my floor was constantly shaking and then had the nerve to hit my floor any time they thought I was being too loud...literally when I walked from one side of my apartment to the other or pulled a chair out to sit down. I woke up to an earthquake and things falling off my shelves one night because of this lunatic. I know of another person who lived there and was also terrorized by this person. One of the apartments in the building is used as an air bnb so there are tourists and cleaning people coming and going at all hours. One night a drunk tourist tried to get into my apartment by mistake. The laundry room is locked every evening into the morning, so you have to plan accordingly. They will lock it with your laundry still going...
Advice to owner:
Do SOMETHING to insulate apartments from sound. Return security deposits in a timely manner. Increase laundry room hours.
