Pros:
Pretty quietly considering location Love the smartphone/Bluetooth option to unlock the front door Good location
Cons:
Walls are paper thin with low ceilings so it’s not a noise free environment, does make you learn to be more mindful so you and any future neighbors you have will be thankful
But tbh the worst thing about this place is one of the older male tenants (all studio apartments). I do not care that you’ve lived here for 20 years, XYZ, there is absolutely no reason that you should police this building. This includes things like threatening to call the cops on my two friends for being “too loud” at 3 am because they were walking up the stairs and one tripped and had a brief convo (ironically, I heard nothing from them and only heard him yelling and threatening them lol), opening your door just to check on people walking up and down the stairs, keeping your curtains open just to stare people on the sidewalk (creepy when you notice it’s you and it seems like he hasn’t even blinked)! I’m sure he means well but yeah I was happy to not deal with this again when I moved
