Good location, but not the comfiest stay
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is excellent, kitchen renovated and functional
Cons:
The floor was uneven, bathroom tiny, packages often stolen, and pretty much no heat (unless you turn on the electric heater and thus pay for it yourself)
Advice to owner:
Better security for packages

Slumlord, awful.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was close to a park.
Cons:
The day I moved in there was a bad leak in the apartment. Upon inspection, it was clear that this was a very old leak that was covered with fresh paint. I kept after the landlord. For a year, I had to cover my bed with a tarp every time it rained. There were rodents and roaches, a crack house down the street, my packages were stolen weekly, the buzzer never worked, and the landlord would ignore me about everything- until my boyfriend called. Then he was all ears and all promises!
Advice to owner:
Don’t put profit over the well being of people.

Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location near the park
Cons:
The heater/AC smelled weird when turned on, old bathroom, bathroom too small, no soundproofing
