Decent prewar apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location, the rent is reasonable compared to the area. Trash bins are outside. Haven’t seen any pests inside.
Cons:
It’s definitely an older building (old appliances, peeling paint, uneven floors) and the lower units are really loud at night due to the bars below.

Fine building, small common spaces
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood, large bedrooms, high bathroom to room ratio
Cons:
Inaccessible landlord/super/management when needed, small common spaces in apartments
Advice to owner:
Would recommend having a direct superintendent number or way of contacting in cases of emergency rather than being directed to a call center to be dispatched.

Not too bad!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved the fire escape, both roommates had corner bedrooms. In unit washer and dishwasher! Never had a problem with pests.
Cons:
Extremely loud neighbors, in building and out on the streets. Overall a little grimey, and bathrooms not up to date. Not great water pressure. But new kitchen appliances!

Small Studio, Great Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pet friendly, right next to the park (with the best dog run in the neighborhood), great bars and restaurants, close to the L train, very walkable, super safe.
Cons:
Small space, high rent prices, unit itself is expectedly rough around the edges (just cosmetic flaws).
