Fine for what you pay for

Pros:
Building manager usually gets things fixed, convenient location, and no major issues. Very affordable.
Cons:
Building not cleaned very frequently, have seen mice, no roof access. Packages have been stolen. High traffic area.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building more.

Pros:
Responsive, fair rent, good community, clean building
Cons:
Small spaces, usually no bathtubs in units, but most of the newer units have a dishwasher so that's a plus
Advice to owner:
No advice, they are very good.

Hard to get things fixed

Good location, quiet neighbors
Cons:
No hot water or gas for weeks. Very hard to get owner to do simple repairs.
