Could be better

Pros:
The apartment had nice finishes and no pests. There was a washer/dryer in unit and a dishwasher, and all the kitchen appliances were stainless steel. The bathroom had modern finishes. I enjoyed the way the apartment looked. The super was pretty responsive for the most part.
Cons:
One of the bedrooms did not get good heat. But sometimes in the winter, the heat would get turned up so high that we needed to open the windows. While the super was responsive, if he needed to come to the apartment to fix something, he would claim he would be coming on a day but then wouldn’t actually come until weeks later. I first contacted him about our sink not working very well in November, and it finally got fixed in March. There was also no camera by the door, so we couldn’t tell who was trying to buzz in.
Advice to owner:
To the super: when you say you are going to come on a certain day, you should come on that day, not weeks later.
Also add a new intercom system with a camera.
