    Pros:
    Good location next to L, Tompkins park, in the middle of the east village. Reasonably priced.
    Cons:
    Have seen some mice here and there. Some neighbors can play loud music. No control over heating.

    The superintendent is fantastic. And most of the units are freshly renovated
    Cons:
    The owner can be slow to respond, and at times the noise from the hallway can be a lot
    Advice to owner:
    Soundproof the doors a little more!
