Wasn't terrible here

Pros:
Good location, pretty good amenities (in-unit combo washer/dryer, half-sized dishwasher), pretty good super
Cons:
Management (other than the super) is pretty annoying and generally unhelpful, they really blast the heat in the winter (except for random days where the heater isn't working and then it's freezing), most units are somewhat overpriced, the hallway/stairwell usually smells weird
