Classic first time NY experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord is nice and super is somewhat responsive. Great neighborhood / well located. Packages only got stolen once
Cons:
A HUGE mouse problem compounded with occasional cockroaches... had people come inspect 3-4 times and nothing changed.
