East village sweet spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
No bugs/rodents, the maintenance team is VERY fast and always fix whatever the issue is.
Cons:
Trash in hallway (only family on second floor), oven barely works
Advice to owner:
Apt on the second floor are hoarders and leave trash in the hallway. They are alone the sole reason for majority of they issues in the building

Nice little place with room to improve
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautifully renovated apartments with nice community garden views, great location, short walk to subway.
Cons:
The neighbors are noisy at night, packages go missing and there is no response from management, neighbors leave garbage in hallways and it attracts cockroaches, No closets at all.
