RODENTS Not Keeping Up With Upkeep
Former Tenant
Pros:
The hallways are relatively clean and there is a guy that takes care of trash every day
Cons:
They are not responsive at all. I have had a mice problem for the entire 2+ years in my unit. The only fix they provided was the sticky traps (which do not work). I had to pull out the stove & fridge myself to clean the enormous amount of mice poop & cover multiple holes because management refused to do so / were unresponsive.

Not bad for a starter apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great. Walking distance from anything you could need. Maintenance is very responsive.
