Great building with helpful management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location and the apartments are well maintained. The tenants, many that have lived there for a long time, are friendly and helpful.
Cons:
Hallways can get a bit grimy and the pigeon guano can add up in the interior alley (on fire escapes, etc).
