Too small and bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, laundry in unit
Cons:
Management does not respond to any maintenance requests. Way too expensive for the size. Loud music all night from bar downstairs.
Advice to owner:
Soundproof windows, listen to maintenance requests

slice of heaven
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location was PERFECT, laundry in unit, management responded pretty quickly when in need of assistance
Cons:
if you live on the 2nd floor you will be able to hear people on the street, even if they are whispering. the coffee shop downstairs has a bar that plays music super loud, no central AC, very expensive for the size
Advice to owner:
soundproof windows, lower the price (an apartment that size really should not be more than 3.5k)

Classic Croman robbery
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not much, there was a roof I guess?
Cons:
Heating requirements are satisfied with space heaters that you pay for. $600 con ed bills are the norm in the winter. 9300 / Steven Croman landlord just got out of rikers.
Advice to owner:
Don’t be so criminally bad that you’re sent to prison ..?
