get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
The units are a good size for one bedrooms in LES.
Cons:
The landlords are very unresponsive and rude to you. The building is not ever cleaned. Packages get stolen immediately after delivery and the landlord does not care. The trash is in a sketchy back alley that you will 100% of the time have a face to face encounter with a rat. Also the landlord is also the broker and has some very shady business dealings.

Pretty Good Overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
- The neighbors here have been great - Trash management is fine - Management is pretty responsive - Never had an issue with pests / bugs
Cons:
- The store below the apartments that just opened sells weed and now the whole building smells like weed pretty often. They also have parties every now and then and when they do it shakes the whole building. - The heat isn't included in the rent and is pretty inefficient - When we moved into the apartment it was not cleaned and was pretty filthily
