Well managed building but very loud street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well managed. Very responsive and helpful super. Building has a lot of amenities that function well. Overall very clean staircase and no package theft.
Cons:
Loud street noise and units are badly isolated so you can always hear once your neighbors leave their apartments. Overall, very young neighbors.
