We loved it!

Pros:
Stayed for two years and it was fun! Can’t beat this LES block, close to everything and apartment was a good find, nice renovation and easy to pay for rent through portal.
Cons:
Busy street, no laundry in the building

It was fine but they won’t return my security deposit.

Pros:
- updated finishes while keeping LES character - beautiful kitchen with high-functioning, updated appliances - my apartment cools and heats very quickly
Cons:
- Rent is a little high but that’s NYC right now - Apt could’ve been cleaned/lights changed out a bit better prior to move-in - when I lost my job, they were not understanding when I had to pay rent a few days late, even though it ended up being paid.

Overall, a decent experience

Pros:
The location, the appliances/fixtures (we were in a recently renovated unit) and the helpful and responsive management / super. David and Mr Wong were helpful and fantastic the full 3 years we lived there.
Cons:
Small space, lack of natural light, ridiculous noise on some nights (mostly from Boss Tweed’s saloon), the kids upstairs that stole packages.

Convenient location, clean hallways, no sign of pests (so far!).
Cons:
There are always people eating or waiting outside the front door.
