do not live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
deep closet is nice, street is pretty during the day
Cons:
Landlord is awful and doesn’t care when you have issues. Apartment was infested with roaches and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Also it’s incredibly loud and water pressure sucks.
Advice to owner:
Make an effort to respond to tenants in a way that’s kind and effective.

Not the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location location location
Cons:
Garbage on the ground floor, no security cameras, old doors, no actual heat coming thru the pipes, but rather some electric fan

Crooks, thieves, and an awful place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Noise is not an issue despite lively neighborhood.
Cons:
The management is non-responsive and unwilling to negotiate. My apartment was broken in to and they did nothing to repair the locks + window screens or even call me to follow up. They charged me for leaving a piece of furniture in the apartment that was there when I arrived. The landlord smoked in the hallways. I even saw him post a “No-smoking” sign in the hall after I complained WHILE SMOKING A CIGARETTE.
Advice to owner:
Maintain your building and negotiate with tenants.
