Not the worst, not the best

Pros:
Great location, updated appliances, in-unit laundry.
Cons:
Hugeeeeee bug problem whilst living here. The landlord did try to help and scheduled pest control to come multiple times, but it did not make a difference. No rats inside, but plenty outside.
Floorboards are damaged. Mailboxes were broken.
Overall, I would not recommend.

Rarely heard neighbors in the building
Cons:
Bugs were a constant issue, management sent pest control several times but it never made a difference
Appliances had issues
In a relatively noisy area
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the bugs, replace the flooring
