Great LES Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great little condo building on the lower east side. Management is pretty good, super is alright. Some units have city windows so the noise is totally manageable - but it is a loud block with popular bars. Although it’s not the cleanest block, I never had any rodent/roaches/bug issues in my unit for the two years I lived there.
Cons:
Hallways could be cleaned up a bit more but not really an issue. Some issues with packages going missing but expected with non doorman building. The block gets pretty dirty on the weekends with drunk bar-goers leaving their trash/late night food on the street - mice sightings are pretty common on the block. But the building/super does a good job of cleaning up the area around the entrance every day.
