A Total Nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great.
Cons:
Just about everything you can imagine. Water got shut off multiple times without warning. The wall is so thin that I could literally hear my neighbor's conversation. Worst of all, the landlord (Delshah Capital) tried to trick me to move out of the apartment before the 2019 Rent Law kicked in.
Advice to owner:
Just stop scamming people.
