Happy resident of 2 years
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building has renovated units with brand-new appliances. Have lived here for 2 years now and am very happy with the experience. The building is very well maintained, clean (great Super who is on top of it all), safe (secure building through Latch app), and has things like an elevator and a (very small) gym. The very few issues we've had have been resolved quickly! Our unit specifically has in-unit washer-dryer, dishwasher, etc.
Cons:
Definitely pricey, on a loud street (even on week nights)

Great Building in LES
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very nice clean building. Having a gym and laundry in building is beyond great. Interiors are modern and spacious. Proximity to public transportation is great.
Cons:
Neighborhood noise. Incredibly loud if you are in ground, second fl units.
